The French hotel network has onboarded nine properties in three weeks and is already seeing the benefits of running their portfolio on a flexible hospitality cloud.
Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud that was recently named Best PMS at HotelTechAwards 2024, has been selected by Emeraude Hotels to power their portfolio across France.
Their network includes ten centrally located hotels in Paris, and two hotels in Brittany. Having completed a rebranding in 2023, Emeraude Hotels will soon be celebrating 30 years in the hospitality business.

The Emeraude Hotels team prepared for the switch through Mews University’s role-based learning courses. Follow-up trainings were organized to answer everyone’s questions and set them up for success. Within both teams at Emeraude Hotels and Mews, designated onboarding managers were appointed to manage the technical components of the project and ensure a smooth transition.
Since the Mews rollout, Emeraude Hotels have found training new staff much easier. Now, they can turn complete beginners into proficient PMS users in a matter of days instead of weeks, all thanks to a highly intuitive, user-friendly platform.
