Radisson Hotels & Resorts
The newest franchised hotel is the Radisson Hotel Austin North in Texas. This 189-room hotel features private walk out balconies in every room, and is located within minutes of downtown Austin and the State Capitol Complex, the University of Texas and major businesses such as Samsung, IBM and Dell Computers. To date, Radisson’s global portfolio includes 403 hotels with 91,232 guestrooms.

Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts
One new Radisson SAS property in the United Arab Emirates was added to the brand’s portfolio in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) – the Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Deira Creek.
Originally opened over three decades ago, the five-star luxury property is an established landmark on the Deira Creekside and one of the Emirate’s most prominent hotels, bringing exceptional visibility for the brand with tourists and businesses.

Situated in the heart of Dubai’s business district, the hotel has 287 guest-rooms, including 39 suites, 16 food and beverage outlets as well as extensive meeting and events facilities, all with panoramic views of Dubai's legendary creek from their balconies.

The Deira Creek property is vital to Radisson’s regional expansion strategy and the brand’s third hotel in the United Arab Emirates.

Country Inns & Suites By Carlson
The Country Inns & Suites By Carlson brand welcomed five new properties in October. These include the 79-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson-San Bernardino in Redlands, Calif., owned by Omkar Management, LLC; the 82-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson-Tampa North in Florida, owned by Impact Properties IX, LLC; the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Bentonville, Ark., featuring 110 rooms and is owned by Rogers Lodging Associates, LLC; the 66-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson-Conyers in Georgia; and the 68-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Bessemer, Ala. These new additions bring Country Inns & Suites’ global hotel and room count totals to 407 and 32,483, respectively.

Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts
Two art’otels by Park Plaza joined the brand’s global portfolio in October; both hotels are located in Germany. This subset of the Park Plaza brand offers guests the opportunity to experience the fusion of travel, art, photography and design.

The art'otel Berlin City Center West is dedicated to Andy Warhol, both his works as well as photographs by Christopher Makos, who became famous in his own right by photographing Andy Warhol with many of his celebrity friends. The hotel's 91 rooms are a composition of lime green and violet, combined with white maple wood - the inspiring result of the German interior designer Beate Weller. Aside from stunning design and great original art, the hotel provides every modern comfort for business and leisure travelers alike.

The 123-room art'otel Potsdam is located on the banks of the Havel River, 10 minutes from the center of the city. This art'otel by Park Plaza showcases artworks from Katharina Sieverding, and architecture from Jan Roosje and Ralf Rave. Aqua, the hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor and has a summer terrace. In the warmer months guests can also enjoy a refreshing drink in the river front beer garden. These additions bring the brand’s global property count to 45 with 7,552 guestrooms.
