Austin, Texas, USA -- Tune in, be informed and participate is the message Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) is sending members and affiliates by providing a live stream of two of the biggest events at the upcoming 2014 HFTP Annual Convention and Tradeshow in New Orleans, La. USA. The yearly event, with an expected attendance of over 600 industry professionals, is one of the association's biggest opportunities for professional education, networking and honoring the accomplishments of HFTP and its members. To accommodate those not in attendance, the convention's Annual Business Meeting and President's Evening ceremony will be broadcast via a live stream accessed online on Friday, October 24. The convention and tradeshow will run Wednesday, October 22 – Saturday, October 25 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.

The Annual Business Meeting will be held from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. CST. The presentation will recognize the outgoing HFTP Global Board of Directors, as well as honor the recipients of three distinguished HFTP honors: the CHAE of the Year, the 2014 Paragon Award and the President's Award. In addition it will recognize four outstanding HFTP chapters with the Chapters of the Year Award. The meeting also addresses HFTP's accomplishments from the past year, what can be expected in the year to come, and the election of the 2014–2015 HFTP Global Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Beginning at 7:00 p.m. CST, HFTP will hold its formal President's Evening ceremony featuring the installation of the 2014–2015 HFTP Global President, Daniel N. Conti Jr., CHAE, CAM, Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
